Thanks for shopping at Penny's Pupplies. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns

Due to the nature of items sold, returns are only accepted for un-used merchandise that has a manufacturing flaw or defect.  Upon receipts of the item, you have 30 days to return the defective item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please be aware that several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food,  treats, and/or medicines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card provider.  Refunds may take 5-10 business days to be posted depending upon your bank or credit card company.  
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@pennyspupplies.com. 

Clearance items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 

We understand sometimes wrong sizes or colors may be ordered.  We only process exchanges for same items of different sizes and/or colors.  The item must be un-used and in it's original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.  If you wish to exchange your item please send an email to  only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please send an email to info@pennyspupplies.com with the subject line 'EXCHANGE' and be sure to include your order number for prompt processing. 


Shipping 

To return your product, please email info@pennyspupplies.com to initiate the return process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  We will provide tracking information as soon as it is available for your convenience. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we urge you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
